The Government of Kerala is firmly committed to eliminating corruption and ensuring transparent, accountable, and people-friendly governance. The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau has been empowered to take strong legal action against corrupt practices and protect public interest. Public cooperation and vigilance are essential in this mission.
Let us work together to build an honest, transparent, and corruption-free Kerala for future generations.
V. D. Satheesan
Chief Minister, Kerala

Corruption weakens public trust and affects the progress and integrity of society. The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau remains committed to preventing, detecting, and taking effective legal action against corruption in all forms. Every responsible citizen can play an important role in strengthening this fight. Public awareness, timely reporting, and cooperation are vital in creating a transparent and corruption-free administration.
I encourage citizens to make use of this platform responsibly and join hands with the Government in creating a corruption-free Kerala founded on honesty, justice, and public service.
Ramesh Chennithala
Minister of Home Affairs and Vigilance, Kerala

Kerala has a reputation for efficient and empathetic governance. The state ranks high on the Good Governance Index published by the Government of India. However, corruption erodes the quality of public service, good governance, and development efforts. It also undermines democratic institutions and the legitimacy of the state.
The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) is at the forefront of efforts to combat corruption in the state. Over the years, the VACB has adopted a blend of preventive, punitive, and participative vigilance strategies. These measures include sensitizing government servants, training internal vigilance officers of different departments, conducting surprise checks, traps, registering and investigating vigilance cases, and receiving information and petitions from the public.
Expanding role of the government and the use of modern technology have posed new challenges and offered novel solutions. Making our society free from corruption is a necessary step in becoming a developed society. VACB rededicate itself to carry out this onerous task. We request all of you to reach out to us (Toll free - 1064 and e-mail : tollfree.vacb@kerala.gov.in) as we partner with you to serve you better.
